Sergi Arola has made a name for himself as the proverbial rock star amongst the Michelin-starred chefs. The chef's forever youthful personality is reflected in the interiors of his Arola restaurants at Hotel Arts on Barcelona’s Playa Barceloneta and its more recent sister at Penha Longa just outside Lisbon.
