Datatrain Cockpit

To manage large property portfolios Datatrain has developed a range of software modules. The latest addition in the suite helping property managers coordinate their workflow is a web app for the iPad.

The joint project of software developers Datatrain and Thomas Manss & Company has been designed to ease data entry and improve the quality of the data. Using the specially devised interface, the property manager has an overview of all tasks in hand and can update the status of each task (completed, repairs commissioned, tenant not available etc). In addition, property and tenant data can be updated in real time. All entries are then processed centrally by the client’s SAP system.
