When Thomas Manss & Company was asked to redesign the website of Italy's largest paper manufacturer, Fedrigoni's online communication was fragmented. The Fedrigoni site was used to communicate corporate information, a site called 'paperideas' contained most of the information about the papers and several European distributors had built their own distribution sites. The key task was to unify corporate, product and distribution information into one multi-lingual hub that enabled visitors to explore the world of Fedrigoni.
